Where we come from

We have spent our careers inside construction's paperwork: the contracts, the correspondence, the drawings, the slow accumulation of a project record. We know how it is built, where it goes wrong, and how much of the real work is simply finding the right document at the right moment.

General-purpose AI was never going to help with that. It knows everything in general and your project not at all. The work demands the opposite: a system that understands construction documents on their own terms, reading each one, filing it by what it actually is, and surfacing the right passage by meaning, traceable to its source.

So we built it. Kritical is that system, made by the people who needed it. We are based in the GCC and work alongside the teams who do this for a living, because we are them.
